We love family owned restaurants. Even greater than our love for family owned restaurants is our love for bi-generational family owned restaurants. And one rung above that…is Paddy’s. We reviewed Paddy’s really early on in our careers as public foodies and have been back a few times. Recently we stopped in and chatted with Paddy and his mom and the topic of our Food Adventures came up. While Paddy’s has tremendous pizzas and yummy Italian food…a Food Adventure it does not make. We’ve been excited to try another Bacon event and Paddy said “Bring it On”.
However, why have Bacon when you can have Bacon and Beer? Certified Cicerone (the beer version of sommelier) or as we like to call him beer wizard, David Rigdon from Team Hopheads has paired a beer with each course! David will be on hand to teach us about each of the beers and explain each pairing. We’ve been fortunate to work with David in the past and his love and knowledge of beer is inspiring.
