We love food trucks. And we really, really love food truck rallies. There’s just something exciting about the thought of all our favorite food trucks gathered in one place, serving up delicious eats in a fun, family friendly atmosphere. We’ve been to some pretty amazing food truck rallies here in Jacksonville so far this year. But the Jaxcot Food Truck Rally, coming up on Saturday, July 30th has a line-up that will likely top them all.
Jaxcot (as in Jacksonville Epcot) will take us on a tour around the world with a line-up of 40 food trucks, all representing different countries around the globe. Also highlighted will be the various culinary regions of the United States. From Hawaiian to Southern to All-American eats, this food truck rally will pay homage to all our favorite foods both at home and abroad. General admission to the rally is free, with an additional charge for the kid’s activities. There will be ATMs onsite, but most food trucks and vendors accept all major credit cards. Talk about convenience! Be sure to check out the Jaxcot event page for all the details and for information on some of the other 30+ local business vendors that will also be there.
This rally is shaping up to be one of the biggest food truck events in Jacksonville, let alone Jacksonville Beach. So don’t miss this opportunity to catch some of your favorite food trucks, some of whom will actually be changing up their entire menu to better highlight the country they are representing. The rally starts at 4pm on Saturday, July 30th but VIP tickets are available for those who want to get an early start. The first 100 kids will also receive a free gift! See you there!
