Hoptinger is a modern “Baverican” bier garden. They have more than 60 taps devoted to carefully selected craft beer along with a full liquor bar to serve countless libations and creations. We offer a unique menu of loosely Bavarian-inspired gastro pub food. Expect good food, good company and great times. Join us for a 6 course menu prepared by Hoptinger’s very own executive chef Chason Spencer.

Your ticket to this event is for 6 courses with one beer include at Hoptinger in Jax Beach.

First Course:
Hoptinger’s locally famous Cheeseheads served family style with each of their house made sauces.

Second Course:  Slider Duo 
Chorizo Slider served on a brioche slider bun with black walnut aioli, beerkraut, caramelized onions, roasted mushrooms, and sweet pepper relish.
Chicken Slider served on a brioche slider bun with pimento avocado spread, sautéed kale, and roasted grape tomatoes.

Third Course:Kale Salad with warm roasted tomato vinaigrette, caramelized onions, fresh grape tomatoes, goat cheese puree, and sliced Azar jalapeño cheddarwurst.

Fourth Course: TBA/Chef’s Creation

Fifth Course: German Cheese Plate with Cambozola black label, Roguette Bavarian red, Paladin Bavarian Blue Cheese served with candied beer pecans and slow caramelized Vidalia onion spread.

Sixth Course: Sour Beer Poached Pear- poached with duchess de bourginone, served with black walnut double cream, phyllo dough, and a marigold flower.

Chef Chason has hand-selected a beer for each course, which will be available for purchase the night of the event. {$20 for 6 4.4 oz pours}

Part of that passion is hand selecting a series of restaurants to host Foodie Adventure Dinners to showcase the most premiere cuisine in Jacksonville. These are ticketed, creatively designed, set menu events that focus on unique cuisine that highlights the restaurant’s strengths.
