Our hearts broke a little on February 5 when we heard the Swedish Bistro had served their last home made pickles. About the same time Jax Beach was welcoming food trucks, the Swedish Bistro shut down.
Swedish Bistro had one of the nicer trucks in town. We only had the good fortune of eating there twice but they were a fantastic model of Food Truck proprietors in town. They’ll be missed.

We wish the previous owners best of luck and hope that Swedish food pops back up in Jax in a meaningful way in the future!
