The Jax Food Truck Food Court has teamed up with Simon Malls at the St Johns Town Center to open a new Food Truck Pavillion located in the corridor between Victoria’s Secret and Abercrombie & Fitch, directly across from Dick’s Sporting Goods. The Food Truck Pavillion will be open Thursday through Sunday from 11-3 on a trial basis, with opportunity for expansion after the first 30 days. Simon Malls debuted a Food Truck Pavillion in Dallas, Texas and is now expanding the concept into Jacksonville with the help of the Jax Food Truck Food Court. Simon Malls wanted to support the local food scene and provide new and popular dining options, and our food trucks were the answer!
St Johns Town Center – Food Truck Pavilion
The Food Truck Pavillion at St Johns Town Center will feature 3 of Jacksonville’s best food trucks every day that are part of the Jax Food Truck Food Court team of trucks. The Jax Food Truck Food Court has booked trucks since December of 2014 at their property at 3814 Beach Blvd, and continues to be a resource for the community by providing premiere food trucks at premiere locations.
The Happy Grilled Cheese – Daddy of the Mac
The first month’s lineup is strong, featuring longtime and award winning Jacksonville food trucks like The Happy Grilled Cheese, Chew Chew, Son of a Butcher, Blue Pacific Taco, Jalapeño Truck, and Delish Kebabs. With the three booked trucks per day, it allows for varying options for every taste bud. Feeling like BBQ? 4 Trees Smokehouse will be a regular with their homestyle BBQ. In need of a healthy option? Berry Good Farms, Wrap it Up, and Mama’s Food will regularly provide that! Craving traditional food truck food? Front Porch Kettle Corn, Sausage Paradise, and Danilo’s Famous Lumpia will have you falling in love! Cuban and Latin comfort foods will be covered by Manny’s Cuban Food Truck and Latin Soul Grille. Plus, who could forget dessert? The best dessert trucks in Jacksonville are all rotating through as well including Tikiz Shaved Ice, Julie’s Sweet Stuff, Nitrogen Creamery, Kona Ice, Cold Calf Ice Cream, Le Petite Cheri Cupcakery, and Guanabana ice pops will satisfy any sweet tooth. It’s safe to say there will be something for everyone!

The best part of the new Food Truck Pavillion at St John’s is that it benefits both the casual shopper and the hundreds of retail employees in the immediate vicinity. Retail break times during the holidays can be a little chaotic, so quick service and freshly prepared food from our food trucks will remedy those issues while still providing for the thousands of shoppers that come through the St Johns Town Center daily.
